     I have several questions concerning GIF.
         Does GIF do some sort of compression like qq in BLU?
         Where can I find specific information the format GIF is in?
         Why do IBM GIF pictures look so nasty when they were originally a
                  higher resolution?(ie downconversions should look good)
         Are there any other GS specific GIF viewers available other than
                  SHR convert?
