This also affects anyone using the Internet gate at CornellC.  Try
mitvma.mit.edu or cunyvm.cuny.edu as an alternative during am of 9/11.

CornellC will be down from 23:00ish 10Sep till 12:00ish 11Sep for power
system upgrades in our machine room (adding a 3090-600E in Oct :-).
This will block all traffic in&out of Canada for this period.
