Richardson, TX 75083 - phone 214-404-1404. They have a product called BAS_C (and BAS_PAS) which is claimed to convert BASIC to C or Pascal. They'll do a sample conversion for you for 1 cent per line. The tool, as I recall is hosted on MS-DOS but for teh right price I'm sure you could get source code :-) I haven't actually used this product, but received some info about it in the mail.
