This was in the latest issue (September/October) of Atari Explorer:

 'AL/65 form OMEGA SOFT is a linker based assembler for 8-bit Atari computers.
  It compiles source code into relocateable code, which can be used in other
  programs. The AL/65 editor is menu-driven and offers full-screen editing,
  user-definable macros, and custom character sets.
