Hi there,

Can anyone tell me why my system (1040ST, Blitter-TOS / Germany)
crashes when the desktop and a variety of programs which I
assume to use system calls for disk-write try to write something
to a write-protected disk?

Uh, what a sentence ...

Will THIS be FIXED in the future edition of TOS???
It WAS in previous releases.
