I have an application where I may want to use a PC as
an ethernet terminal server. The idea is that modem pools
be made network resources. The constraint is that the
server be implemented by commercial PC software.

Novell NetWare Asynchronous Communications Server (NACS)
seems to fit the bill.  Has anyone had experience with the
product, or are there other products or approaches I should
look at?
