The great problem now is to find out which one is the bad one! SO DOES ANYBODY have an IDEA TO LOCATE THE BAD CHIP? I tried the test-programs supplied with the Intel Above Board and the EVEREX Memory boards, but they do NOT work (of course!). Ideally I want to have a program, which says "Chip ## is bad", but I'm also willing to do some other experiments to find out which one is the bad! Please send Your reply to: E-MAIL: edelhoff@unido.bitnet or post it to comp.sys.ibm.pc Thanks for help Volker
