A friend of mine told me about an ibm-pc oriented version of TransSkel, the
well-known transportable application skeleton by Paul DuBois (email:
	dubois@rhesus.primate.wisc.edu).
TransSkel was first designed to make easier building applications on the
Macintosh.
The ibm-pc version would be built on top of an ibm-pc window environment.

Does anybody know anything about this ibm-pc version of TransSkel?
