WANTED: EMS Utility Software, TSRs living in EMS memory



I'm currently using a few TSRs with some nice features like
a PopUp calculator a Programmers ASCII reference, an Alarm Clock,...
but after loading all the utilities I need, there's no base
memory left to use the machine for any other program.

The best solution would be to store the MAIN part of all these TSR's
in the background (EMS, or extended memory). So my question is:

  Is there any PopUp TSR to do this job?
