I am going to buy a Mac.  The question is
which one?  I get discount pricing through my
company, but I don't understand the difference
between a Mac+, an SE, and a Mac II.

I was going to buy a Mac+ but someone told
me I would be happier with an SE with a 20 MB hard disk.

I basically know very little about the mac line.
I want to use it for MIDI recording work and desktop publishing.

I have subscribed to this newsgroup so public or private responses
are fine at your discretion.
