Since this is probably of general interest, I decided to post
rather than e-mail.

Regarding my recent posting on 3D graphics software, a number of
people have asked for NCSA's anonymous FTP server address, so
here goes...

Assuming you're on a host connected to Internet, NCSA is at
128.174.20.50 (and of course login as 'anonymous').  They have
a file called 'readme.first' which describes the organization
of their FTP directories and other downloading instructions.
