VersaTerm 3.20 (not PRO) lists for $99, mailorder more like $79, and does
everything you've enumerated.  I run happily on a Mac II with it.

No source, so you can't hack it up.  But an excellent, easy-to-use but
feature-filled product, very well supported, at a good price.
