Anyone have hard data about when MPW 3.0 and MPW C++ will be available
(even beta) from APDA?  I also read in MacWeek that Apple is canning
APDA due to bad service or some such.  Any truth to the rumor?  And
C++... do you need MPW 3.0, or will it work in (what is it now?) 2.0.2?
