Argh.  I'm at it again, working on evil things.  Can somebody tell me how
to get an INIT to effectively "cd" to a sub-folder in the System Folder?

I am getting to the system folder by using SetVol and the system folder id
returned by SysEnvirons.  How can I bounce down into another folder to scan
the files in it?
