Does anyone know a good way to determine the index of the first and the
last visible line in a textedit window?

I would like to be able to scroll the window up by one line when the
user clicks in the down arrow of the scroll bar.  What I really need
to know is the height of the first line that has "fallen" off the bottom
of the window.

I would like to use Apple's default clickloop if possible.
