   SRI-NIC supports the net-standard "ANONYMOUS" login within FTP,
   using any password.

   For those without FTP access who wish to copy the list themselves, there is
   a netmail file-request server on SRI-NIC.ARPA.  To request the file, send a
   message to SERVICE@SRI-NIC.ARPA with "NETINFO INTEREST-GROUPS.TXT" in the 
   Subject: line.  The server will automatically split the large file into 
   pieces small enough to mail back to you.  For more details about the 
   server's capabilities, send a message to SERVICE@SRI-NIC.ARPA with "Help" 
   in the Subject: line.
