Link address to T414/T212 of the IMS B009-2 board

I could not find enough details on the link addresses from the
reference manual. What I want to do is to connect one of links
to an external ADC board. Does the T414 or the T212 occupy the
lower bounds of the memory array, or else ? Your help is much
appreciated.
