I have been unable to produce a document using MS that has the
following characteristics:

1. Page numbers on all pages.
2. Page numbers in the center of the footer.
3. Page numbers in roman numerals.

I have used

.ds CH
.ds CF %
.af PN i

to solve #2 and #3 above but I get no page numbers at all.

Any suggestions?
