If individual machines (at least under Xenix) can elect to install
either termcap or terminfo or both, is there any reasonable way to
write a program which normally uses terminfo, but can fall back to
termcap if terminfo isn't installed ?  It seems to me that including
the code for both libraries in one program would add quite a bit of
overhead.
