When I create a window with a call something like this:
	XCreateWindow(...,xsize,ysize,...)
and then I resize the window with my window manager, I recieve a Resize
event.  All should be well and good now, but alas I've missed something
along the way and the only active region of the window is a chunk 
xsize by ysize big (even though the frame is now the new size).  If I 
make xsize and ysize suitably large then I'm in good shape except I have 
this gut feeling that is not what I should be doing.
