Hello out there!

Just to let you know we've been trying with various degrees of success to 
compile and run xfig. It appears to be geared towards monochrome monitors and
since we have a higher percentage of color monitors it bombs left and right..
due to assumptions about pixel depth (I think I have that right).  If anyone
else manages to get this baby running on a color system let me know, it sure
sounds like a neat program.
