It appears to be geared towards monochrome monitors and since we have a higher percentage of color monitors it bombs left and right.. Yep. I have patched xfig to work on my QDSS, and as an added bonus, you get reverse video support. There are still a couple problems with ruler arrow colors, but that's minor compared to what used to be there. This support implicitly assumes a PseudoColor Visual type, but that may be fixed someday too....
