Could someone PLEASE post the methods of generating and maintaining local (user)
and global (systemwide) kill files.  My home system is one of the small sites
and there are lots of things I would like to kill.  (such as the MES postings 
and the talk.religion.bible postings)

Please post since I am sure that there are many others who could use this info
as well.
