I recently saw something about "The Netnews Reference Guide" on the net
somewhere.  It sounded like this was a commercially available book.  
Does anyone out there have information about this book?  I'd like to 
know things like author, publisher, and such info as would make it
possible to track down or order it from a local bookstore.
