Unfortunately such a thing is exactly what the "junk-mailer" does - sending somebody "junk-mail", ":-)" and ":-(". In fact, I think silence is the best weapon, no reply, nothing, just feed it to "/dev/null". Our "/dev/null" is unlimited :-).
