H E L P !!!!

I need a circuitdesign of a lownoise inputamplifier for
use in a recording mixer.

It has to be "studio quality" and for use with 
low impedance microphones as well as line level signals
and signals from electric guitars etc.

Has anyone of You out there something like this to offer
please send me a circuit description (in some form).

I also need a description of how "phantom power" of condenser
microphones is done.
