	With regard to data books in general... Go through the larger
distributors (I.E. Schweber, Hamilton Avnet, Pioneer, Gerber.....).
They will usually respond in a short period of time and never seem to
require money up front.  Even as a grad student I found that I could
rely on these sources whereas the manufacturers never seemed to respond.
