WARNING - the CCITT documents are copyrighted materials and photocopying is
not permitted.  Copies of 4 year old materials (i.e. obsolete) may be
ordered from Omnicom or the ITU (see previous article for address).  In
early 1989 the 1988 versions will be available.  Early drafts and final
drafts of the 1988 version are available from participants in the work (as
the sole US representative at the last Group 4 fax transmission meeting, I
don't believe the US has anyone attending the Group 2/3 Fax work).
