I.E. the terminals can be set for 9600 BPS regardless of what the actual line rate is. My question to the NET is, has anyone had any experience using this feature of the MultiTechs? Also does anyone know of other modems that perform this trick? I understand that there are external boxes that will do the conversion at an RS-232 point.
