	In fact they can be ordered from NTIS, ITU, OMNICON, Global docs, 
	etc.  If they are in stock.  Which they are not.  I need to get
	started on my product now, not whenever the next rev of the
	standards are due out or when ITU decides they want to print more.
	I will revise my Xerox request to this:  pls send me Xerox copies
	of the CCITT V.22, V.27, V.29, V.32 standards; when I receive a copy
	of same I will remit the sum of $37 (cost of vol 8.1) to ITU.
