One is that each participant in placing a call wants to make money off the call. The other is that there is no billing protocol other than looking up data in one's own tables and guessing how much to charge based on the number called. Does anyone know if there are billing protocols in ISDN that would allow an intelligent instrument and/or a service provider know the cost of a call as it is being placed? Full name: Bob Frankston
