I was wondering about other people's experiences with Unipress.

I've had a minor run-in with them, but I realize that everyone makes
an occasional mistake, so before I haul out the flame thrower, 
would you please give me *your* impression of their outfit?

Do they deserve roasting, or can I trust them to (eventually) do
the right thing?
