Hi,

   As I investigate C++ and OOP more closely I keep running across
references to the ``Proceedings of the USENIX C++ Workshop,'' Sante
Fe, New Mexico, November 1987.  Does anyone know how one goes about
obtaining a copy of this material?  Is there a handy email address
(surely the USENIX folks should be connected to USENET ;-)).
