I think it is called gpsps or gpstps. It is part of the support that you get with their Postscript laser printer (a QMS). I don't know if they sell it without the printer, but you should ask them. Another option is a GPS to tektronix filter that Creare sells (for about $400 I think), and a public domain tektronix to Postscript filter that was posted on the net a few months ago. I've done this and it works.
