A (very) limited number of various back issues of ;login: is available.
Unfortunately, while (from time to time) there have been suggestions 
about an index, none has been put together.

If you want to know what's available, your best bet is to phone 
the USENIX Office (415-528-UNIX) between 8 am and 4:30 pm Pacific
time (= 11 am and 7:30 pm ET; 4 pm - 00:30 GMT) and ask.  Mrs. 
Madden or Mrs. McFeely will (probably) be able to answer your 
questions.  The back issues cost $5 including domestic postage each.
