Let me settle this once and for all.  There are three distinct items involved
here.

1.  MINIX C compiler for the PC only:  price is about $100
2.  Full ACK for a SUN or VAX: university price is about $1000
3.  Full ACK with commercial rights: price > $1000, depending on what rights
    you want.
