I am configuring a friend's Compaq portable that he wants to use with some of
the dial-up services in Australia.  Can anyone suggest what I should I put in
his computer to increase his chances of success?  (e.g. Should I give him a
U.S. internal modem now or have him buy one when he gets to Australia?)
