If what you read on the front page of your favorite trade rag doesn't smell quite right, it's probably a result of one of three things: naivete, bandwagon-ism or profiteering. Unfortunately you're not sure which, though the result is the same: you're mis-informed by somebody who should've known enough to write a balanced news story.
