The sources for the Background File Transfer Program (BFTP), described
in RFC 1068, are now available via anonymous FTP on VENERA.ISI.EDU.
Log in with FTP user name "ANONYMOUS" and password "GUEST".  The file 
is a compressed tar file, and the path name is

	pub/BFTP.1.tar.Z
