Does NCSA Telnet work on the WD8003E and WD8003EBT (boot prom version).  WE
have discovered a slight difference between the two boards which seem to
make any software configured with a RAM buffer address of C4000 not to work.
SU-PCIP configures its driver for C4000 and therefore does not work under
the WD8003EBT.

Since we do not have FTP access, there is no quick way for us to get NCSA
Telnet except via mail, which we have done.  Will it work with the
WD8003EBT?
