Could someone point me in the direction of the following programs (i.e.
anonymous FTP, or better yet, just mail me a copy of the program)

1) ScreenX
2) MoreRows
3) DiskSalv
4) A program for putting programs on their own custom screens
   I don't know what its called, but someone on the net just mentioned it.
