When I try to do a "putfiles" I get the message "Unable to connect".
Does anybody know what causes this and what I should do.  The version
of Dnet I am using is 1.20 (which I believe is the latest) dated
March 16, 1988.

I think that Dnet is a very nice program and has a lot of potential
in it.  Some things I would like to see in it are it's own screen
instead of the workbench screen and features like those that are in
the VT100 emulator.
