I have put it up for anonymous ftp from ucbvax.berkeley.edu, in /pub/amiga. There are two files, vlt.zoo and vltdocs.zoo. Vltdocs.zoo is actually larger than vlt.zoo, containing a TeX dvi file and ascii version of the manual. I have not had much chance to play with it yet, but this looks like a great program.
