I  haven't  seen  such a beast, but APDA offers a catalog titled "Apple II and
Macintosh  Development  Software"  which  lists in it's Summer 1988 edition on
page  44 an Applesoft-to-Apple Pascal source code translator named P-tral from
a  company  named  Woodchuck  Industries, Inc (340 W.  17th St., Ste.  2B, New
York,  NY  10011,  (212) 924-0576).  Be warned that the price shown is high by
comparison ($179).
