In fact, there IS a vector table for the BIOS-level I/O-functions since the
blitter TOS. Sadly, it's not yet documented officially. Why not add
public vector tables for all GEMDOS functions? This would make patching
GEMDOS routines easier *AND* faster, because there would be no need to
install new trap dispatchers. This would people keep from writing own
trap dispatchers too (they won't run on 68020- or 68030 systems).
