AnsiTerm is a terminal program which supports Vt100, Kermit, Xmodem, etc. The interesting feature of this program is that WHILE you're doing file transfer, you may invoke another shell, hence allowing you to do other things or run other programs. Send me $16 with a self-addressed-stamped envolope (roughly $1.50 postage) and i'll mail the package to you, which includes the original diskette, manual, and registration card. The reason I'm selling it is because I just bought SHADOW and have ceased using AnsiTerm.
