The 27512 Eprom can be programmed on the promenade. The process involves two prgrammings,  one with a pin on the 27512 grounded, and another with the same pin tied high.  I have done this, but moved on to a different job since then.  I got the info on how to do it from the Jason Ranheim factory, so give them a call!
