A new member of DECUS in Australia has asked me to help find an OLD and cheap
PDP-11 that is capable or running COBOL for doing college assignments. It will
need to be a 240v, single phase machine for home use.

He considers that a PDP-11 will be a better learning tool than a second hand
IBM PC (or clone).
