COLD BOOT-UP PROBLEMS My XT clone (Mitac 160T) won't boot up (from the hard drive or from a floppy) when cold. Unless it's been switched off for less than 1-3 hours, it gives the error message "Disk boot error". After it's been switched on for 1/2 an hour to an hour, it boots up fine. I've had the hard drive checked out by the manufacturer (Seagate) three times and they say it's fine. Could this be a symptom of an inadequate power supply? If so, how could I test the power supply without buying a new one? Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated. Many thanks.
