I'd suggest you look into using the Future Domain SCSI OEM kit. You
will probably need to use their host adapter card, but you will get
an excellent toolkit package for developing SCSI device driver
software.  I don't remember their telephone number, but I'm pretty
sure they are located in Tustin, California.
